Our machines
Below you will find our Cut-to-length line, our fully automatic Cutting centres and all our other machines. This will give you a small impression of our production.
Cut-to-length line
Virtually every one of our sheet steel blanks or stock formats passes through our cut-to-length line. It is the heart of our production and has been delivering the good quality that our customers know from us since 1994. This is where our first work step takes place, where we work directly from the coil.
AMADA cutting centre 1
Our first automatic cutting centre has been reliably producing steel sheet blanks for many years. Here we cut your sheet steel to your individually desired dimensions, with very low tolerances and the ability to produce a high number of pieces quickly. The machine produces up to a thickness of 3mm and a width of 2035mm.
AMADA cutting centre 2
Our second cutting centre is the latest addition to our machine park. In the second operation, a parallel cut is carried out so that your steel sheet blank becomes right-angled. It too offers the possibility of producing a high number of pieces quickly with very low tolerances.

Our oldest cutting centre runs like the first day. The machine offers us the possibility to precisely cut steel sheets up to a thickness of 6mm. In addition, sheets with a width of up to 3000mm can be processed here. The machine convinces with its robustness and the associated reliability.
S1
Our manual shear offers us the possibility to produce even very small steel sheet blanks with a high precision. The machine cuts up to a thickness of 3mm and a width of 2020mm.
Circular shears
We can cut steel rounds up to a thickness of 6mm and a diameter of 1250mm on our round shears. In addition, we can supply our blanks with low burr if required.
